Driveway Requirements

Lots less than 100 feet wide: A maximum of one driveway opening for vehicle access is permitted.

Lots greater than 100 feet wide: Up to two driveway openings may be permitted, with approval from the Public Works Leadman.

Agricultural (A-zoned) parcels greater than 100 feet wide: More than two driveway openings may be permitted with approval from the Public Works Leadman or their designee.

At the roadway connection: Maximum 40 feet wide, minimum 15 feet wide.

At the property line: Maximum 30 feet wide, minimum 10 feet wide.
